Levels of Martindale-Hubbell’s Client Champion Distinction Award

Martindale-Hubbell recognizes attorneys who go above and beyond their peers in the area of customer service with Client Champion awards. Duly earned, these awards are based on actual client feedback on attorneys. The Client Champion awards are competitive, with less than 1 percent of attorneys qualifying to receive the recognition.

The awards have three levels: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. A Platinum designation means the attorney has an average review score of 4.5 or higher with at least 10 online reviews; Gold means six or more clients have rated the attorney an average of 4.2 or higher; and Silver means an attorney has maintained a score of at least 4 or higher with a minimum of three client reviews.
